Inside the Tech: How We Engineered the Immersive Multi-Sensory AV System
To deliver the ultimate aquatic sensory environment, we engineered an L-shaped Absen AW2.5 LED wall (10,000mm W x 3,000mm H) with a crisp 2.5mm pixel pitch. Built to contour seamlessly along the spa's architectural lines, this rugged IP65 waterproof display forms a panoramic visual horizon that remains completely distortion-free even at close-range soaking distances. This visual canvas is paired with a multi-channel spatial soundscape utilizing K-Array Vyper line-array speakers, Rumble subwoofers, and K-Array Kommander amplifiers. Chosen for their premium audio fidelity and IP65-rated ingress protection, these components envelope guests in an immersive acoustic field designed to withstand the high-humidity environment.
A centralized Pixera mini-Quad media server acts as the system's brain, orchestrating a fully automated environmental show schedule. Every 30 minutes, the atmosphere transitions from serene landscapes into a dramatic storm sequence where on-screen lightning flashes are synchronized with a customizable overhead rain shower system that dynamically modifies physical water intensity. Behind the scenes, the entire ecosystem is managed via QSC Q-Sys Core processing and secure Adder KVM matrix systems, giving non-technical staff effortless, push-button control over complex show states through an intuitive Crestron touch panel interface.
